The President’s Fitness Challenge

Thank you for visiting my online classroom! Each semester, the students will be tested for their personal level of fitness. As a physical education teacher, it is my goal to teach each student the importance of these fitness tests, as well as, to also motivate them in achieving more than they expect out of themselves.
Physical Fitness Test Events
- Curl-ups (or partial curl-ups)
- Shuttle run
- Endurance run/walk
- Pull-ups (or push-ups or flexed-arm hang)
- V-sit reach (or sit and reach)
